PRICE LIST

We encourage you to get to know the prices of the services provided by Alpha Translation Agency in the range of standard and certified written translations of common and rare languages, as well as interpretation services.

The estimation of number of billing pages is made on the basis of the text in the source language (word count in MS Word). Thanks to this, we can provide the whole and precise cost of the service which is concurrent with the cost presented in the invoice. In order to find out the exact price of a translation service, please send your enquiry by e-mail or use the form.

The minimum amount of an order in our agency is PLN 29.00 net. In case of larger orders (more than 50 pages), it is possible to negotiate the price. A standard billing page for standard written translation is 1600 characters with spaces. Each newly started page counts as the whole next page. Orders containing only individual words or sentences are treated as a whole standard billing page and are not subject to partial pricing.

Additional services for standard and certified translations:

1. Secondary graphic editing of the target text: + 30% of the value of the order.

2. Specialist text (e.g. technical, medical): + 20-50% of the value of the order.

3. Text difficult to read, handwritten: + 30% of the value of the order.

4. Scan of the certified translation: + 20% of the value of the order.

HOW TO PAY

The price of translations depends on the size of the text (number of pages, standard billing page: 1600 characters with spaces) or the length of interpretation (basic billing unit: block of 4 hrs) and its level of difficulty and deadline is ALWAYS determined before accepting the order for completion.

1. Institutional clients (companies, offices):

The price translation and interpretation services is calculated on the basis of previously agreed upon conditions. Payment on the basis of a presented VAT invoice: in cash, by credit card, through our Online Payment Module or by transfer.

2. Individual clients (those who are not registered as a business):

The price translation and interpretation services is calculated on the basis of previously agreed upon conditions. Prepayment of the full amount to the indicated bank account or through our Online Payment Module.

The prices given are per clock hour in a 4 hour block. The prices given do not include the Value Added Tax, please add 23% VAT.

The minimum unit of billing is a block of 4 hours. Every hour started after the end of the first block brings the next block into effect. Each hour above 8 working hours for the interpreter on a given day is counted at an hourly rate according to the aforementioned table.

The prices provided include transportation in selected regions of Poland. Additional costs of transportation are divided between the client and employee according to real rates.

In case of escort interpretation (i.e. away from the interpreter’s place of residence), the contractor is obliged to arrange accommodation and meals during the period of the interpreter’s work. Otherwise, the aforementioned details are arranged by Alpha Translation Agency, and the costs of food and accommodation are added to the invoice (ALWAYS on agreement with the contractor).

RARE LANGUAGES – STANDARD TRANSLATIONS

Translations from and into rare languages are also part our offer. Our clients include law enforcement authorities (Prosecution Authorities, Courts, Police, Border Guard), however, we also offer the services to private companies and individual clients. All translations are always prepared by native speakers of the aforementioned languages, which guarantees full correctness of the target language texts in terms of the language and the content.
